When you've found an APM Real Estate rental you're interested in, please complete the application form below.

 

Go through our application checklist to ensure you understand everything you'll need to complete the process.

 

1. Completed application

2. Completed W9 for each tenant

3. Valid photo ID

4. Application fee of $50

5. A security deposit is due before the lease can be sent (payable by cashier's check or money order)

6. Apartments are first-come, first-served

7. First and last month's rent are due at lease signing (payable by cashier's check or money order)
