When you've found an APM Real Estate rental you're interested in, please complete the application form below.

 

Go through our application checklist to ensure you understand everything you'll need to complete the process.

 

1. Completed application

2. Valid photo ID

3. Application fee of $50

4. Apartments are first come, first served!

5. After approval of application, security deposit is due before the lease can be sent (payable by cashier’s check or money order)

6. First and last month’s rent are due before or on move-in day (payable by cashier’s check or money order)
