  • How do I submit a work order?

  • How flexible is the move in date?

  • Is my credit score a factor in the decision process?
    We use a collective algorithm taking into account income, credit, and renters history.
  • This is my first rental, will that affect my chances of being approved?
    While it may influence your application score, rental history is not pivotal to being approved.
  • What if I have to break my lease early, can I do that?
    Lease break conditions are discussed during lease signing - please contact the management office for more information.
  • Can I add a person to my lease?
    Yes, adding an authorized occupant is allowed. Sub leasing is not allowed.
  • Is the security deposit refundable?
    Your security deposit is fully refundable assuming there was no violation in lease terms.
  • How much is the application fee?
    Application fee is $50 which is due along with security deposit.
