When you've found an APM Real Estate rental you're interested in, please complete this application form.

Go through our application checklist to ensure you understand everything you'll need to complete the process.

1. Completed application
2. Completed W9 for each tenant
3. Valid photo ID
4. Application fee of $50
5. One-month security deposit
6. An application is not complete and will not be processed if any of the above are missing.
7. Apartments are first-come, first-served.
8. First and last month rents are due at lease signing
